July 3, 2011, Christopher Brown, Lead Artist, Eutechnyx managed Neil at Eutechnyx

Neil has done invaluable work on Eutechnyx new title, and has been a key figure in its technical structure and capabilities as well as the stylistic look and approach relating to that. Among other things he's set up core shaders and particle systems in UDK, and has also created astounding lighting solutions, as well as models and textures. As a person with a great range of technical knowledge he has also taken on a lot of responsibilities when it comes to guiding the team he is on, and carries himself with a natural leaders prowess by being calm and rock solid under pressure, while keeping a clear overview of the resources and time available to him. Personally he's very relaxed and a pleasant guy to be around. He listens and thinks before he talks, and is always good for a laugh with his dry wit. As an artist he's ambitious and hungry for knowledge in whatever subject he's presented with, which always puts him on the cutting edge of new techniques.
June 21, 2011, Ole Groenbaek, Junior Artist, Eutechnyx worked with Neil at Eutechnyx

Neil is a very experienced and very professional artist. Since I have been on this project, his dedication to work has shone through. He's goes beyond the call of duty, spending his spare time learning more about the unreal engine and new techniques which push him ahead of other artists on our team. If I was looking for an artist who would push the boundaries of what you would expect of somebody, I would definitely hire Neil.
June 15, 2011, Chris Cook, Level Designer, Eutechnyx worked directly with Neil at Eutechnyx

Neil has been an excellent person to work with, he has a seemingly never ending abundance of enthusiasm for all things games industry related, weather that be the latest releases or the latest under the hood technologies, Neils always seeking out new information and passing it on.

Neil is a very talented artist but is also able to combine that with his technical knowledge to create highly optimized yet impressive shaders, materials and artwork, getting the most out of the smallest of resources. He is very adept at problem solving to the point of obsession, he won't rest until he's figured out a work around, a fix, or a better way of doing something. As a person Neil is extremely friendly and easy going, an excellent member for any Team, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future.
